Olivia-Fayne Tattoo Design is a personalised tattoo design service. This means that all designs are custom one off creations designed for each individual client.
To order please send your visions/ideas/brief along with anything you would like your design to include/represent and it will be brought to life as a piece uniquely designed for you as an individual. If you are unsure of exactly what you’re looking for feel free to ask for ideas.
Price depends on size and amount of detail required as well as time taken. Prices can range from £50 (very small design) to £300+ for a full sleeve design.
An initial deposit must be paid upfront for any design. The deposit price depends on the design and COVERS TIME DISCUSSING THE ORDER. IT is non- refundable. confirmation will be sent to you via email from the platform you send your deposit by.
Once payment has been made there are no refunds HOWEVER THE AMOUNT CAN BE USED ON FLASH DESIGNS OR future designs for yourself or a friend.
ADVANCE FULL PAYMENT
Clients are more than welcome to pay upfront - this enables the client to receive a version of the pencil design via email to get a better idea of the initial draft design instead of 10 second videoS on snapchat in order to make small amends.
Once a deposit has been made your name and email will be added to the books.

International payments: For international bank transfers we advise using ‘TransferWise’ as they charge around 10% of a standard bank transfer for overseas transfer charges. Paypal is also an option but transferwise is Preferred. Paypal is an option but fees will be discussed with yourself and added to the deposit and final payment. .
Payment from the UK: Direct bank transfer ONLY: details will be given to you once the design order has been discussed and you have decided to go ahead.

Please start the process when your shortlist or standard waiting time is up by sending a ‘get started’(<-SUBJECT) email on THE exISTING thread including a screen shot of your payment and a clear brief (description) for your design. this should be done on the last day of your waiting period. Please note if your brief changes significantly additional costs will be discussed. WITHOUT SENDING The 'get started' EMAIL THE PROCESS CANNOT BE STARTED.
It is VERY important when ordering that your level of patience is quite high. This is a custom service and takes time. If you cannot wait the estimated time then shortlist options are available. The shortlist time indicates the time the design will be started. not finished. please allow 7-18 days estimate for full completion. ALL follow ups, queries, and questions must be sent via email NOT on social media platforms so comments and discussions can be kept track of. This is due to the overwhelming amount of orders that have to BE processED.
there are 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 week shortlists available (for an additional fee) to speed up the waiting time.
