Olivia-Fayne Tattoo Design is a personalised tattoo design service. This means that all CUSTOM designs are one off UNIQUE creations designed for each individual client.
To order please send your visions/ideas/brief along with anything you would like your design to include/represent and it will be brought to life as a piece uniquely designed for you as an individual. If you are unsure of exactly what you’re looking for feel free to ask for ideas.
AFTER YOU HAVE SENT YOUR INITIAL ENQUIRY AND WE HAVE DISCUSSED YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE ASKED IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO RECEIVE AND PAY YOUR INVOICE FOR THE DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT. IF YOU AGREE TO THIS BUT THEN DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER THE INVOICE HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A £25 CANCELLATION FEE TO COVER ADMIN TIME. a 6 MONTH PERIOD WILL NEED TO PASS UNTIL YOU CAN THEN PLACE A FUTURE CUSTOM ORDER. (THIS IS JUST TO AVOID TIME WASTING.)
Price depends on size and amount of detail required as well as time taken. Prices can range from £50 (very small design) to £300+ for a full sleeve design.

An initial deposit must be paid upfront for any design. The deposit price depends on the design and PAYS FOR THE TIME DISCUSSING THE ORDER, AND ALL ADMIN. IT is non- refundable.
Once DEPOSIT payment has been made there are no refunds HOWEVER THE AMOUNT CAN BE USED ON FLASH DESIGNS/shop designs OR future designs for yourself or a friend.
ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ORDER FORM AND WE DISCUSS THE DESIGN, YOU WILL BE ASKED IF YOU AGREE TO THE PRICING AND ARE READY FOR YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU AGREE TO THIS, the invoice is created and your information is put into the system. if you DO NOT PAY OR DECIDE TO CANCEL FOR WHATEVER REASON once you have made an agreement of sale, A £25 CANCELATION FEE WILL BE DUE IMMEDIATELY to cover the admin and time lost. THIS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. THERE WILL BE A 6 MONTH FREEZE ON BEING ABLE TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER if you cancel after an agreement. (THIS IS JUST TO LIMIT TIME WASTING AND RESOURCES.)
ADVANCE FULL PAYMENT
Clients are more than welcome to pay upfront - this enables the client to receive a version of the pencil design via email to get a better idea of the initial draft design instead of 10 second videoS on snapchat in order to make small amends.
Once a deposit has been made your name, email AND OTHER INFORMATION will be added to the books.

It is VERY important when ordering that your level of patience is quite high. This is a custom service and takes time. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN DUE TO WHAT CLIENTS BEFORE YOU WANT DOING WITH THEIR DESIGN. If you cannot wait the estimated time then shortlist options are available. The shortlist time indicates the time the design will be started. not finished. please allow up to 14 days estimate for full completion. iF YOU WANT IT COMPLETED WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR A SHORTLIST. tIME FRAME does not include holidays. ALL follow ups, queries, and questions must be sent via email NOT on social media platforms so comments and discussions can be kept track of. This is due to the overwhelming amount of orders that have to BE processED.
there are 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 week shortlists available (for an additional fee) to speed up the waiting time FOR THE DESIGN TO BE STARTED.

IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE AGREED TO YOUR COSTS AND INVOICE BEING SENT OR YOU HAVE NOT PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A £25 CANCELATION FEE TO COVER ADMIN WHICH IS LEGALLY REQUIRED ON CANCELLATION and NEEDS TO BE paid Immediately. UNFORTUNATELY IF A CANCELATION OCCURS THERE WILL BE A 6 MONTH FREEZE ON PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER. (THIS IS JUST TO STOP TIME WASTING.)
